HR Executive
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for HR Executive having 3-5 years of experience in HR Processes, to work with us for our Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment (job portals, walk- in, referrals), Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, Employee Relations and Administration.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Candidate must be MBA (HR) with minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Processes.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a good eye for analyzing and an excellent judge of character.
- Ability to work unsupervised and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Candidate should be presentable and have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High on initiative & implementation.
- Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic.
Skills Needed
- Responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for different processes and verticals.
- Managing the employee on-boarding process and background checks.
- Handling employee queries related to payroll, taxes and all other HR operation queries.
- Interacting with insurance agencies, vendors, for providing inputs related to the respective areas.
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely completion of the performance appraisal process.
- Responsible for maintaining employee files and personnel records, confidential and non-confidential data.
- Providing inputs for payroll processing of the employees.
- Managing and monitoring day-to-day operations including security, housekeeping, company guesthouse, company transport, inventory management, medical and general insurance, canteen etc.
- Assisting employees in business visa applications and arranging the required documents in association with the accounts department.
